I started my career across a wide range of design disciplines. I worked as an Art Director in hospitality and as a freelancer for small businesses, handling their branding and visual design.
My focus completely changed after I completed a UX bootcamp. Since then, I have worked in healthcare, commerce and sustainability, always with the same approach: understand people first, then design around them.
These days, I work on enterprise products that combine sustainability and technology. These projects are usually quite complex, and I love them because the work can really change how organisations function.
I enjoy working with others and bringing energy to my teams. I also mentor junior product designers on ADPList, where I've helped several land their first design roles — giving back what I received early in my own career. I try to live by the same values I use in my design work: staying honest, keeping a sense of curiosity, and making sure I leave things better than I found them.
How I work
Start from the question, not the interface.
Before pixels, I get to the decision the person is actually trying to make — then design the shortest path to it.
Lead through influence, not authority.
Real influence isn’t handed to you — it’s earned one conversation, one team, at a time, until the goal belongs to everyone.
Design past the brief.
Regulations, data models and legacy flows are inputs, not specs. The real value lives in the gap between the brief and what people actually need.
Reduce complexity so products explain themselves.
My best work turns something that needed hand-holding into something people can complete on their own.
